I received a payment from an invoice that I sent to a customer. I don's see this in my QB checking account. Does it take a few days to show up the account?

She used apple pay visa.

I'll share details to help with your question about the status of your deposit, lilyic2020.

 

It usually takes around 1-5 days to fund the check, but we’re working to get your funds as quickly as possible. We will also notify you via email when the money is already in your account.

 

You can also sign in anytime and check your transaction history. Just go to the Cash Flow menu inside QBO and proceed to the QuickBooks Checking tab. You'll see all details and activities that are related to the service.

If it's more than the usual turnaround time, I would recommend reaching out to our support team via chat or phone call. They can take a look at your account and check the status of the deposit.

 

Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of your QBO account.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human" in the chatbox, then press Enter.
  3. Select Get help from a human.
  4. Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
