I hope your day is going great. Currently, the feature to suggest categories for payees is not available in QuickBooks Online. I can see how the feature would be helpful for you and others in the future, so I'm going to submit Feedback to our Engineers personally. This way, the feature can be put into consideration for future updates of the product. In the meantime, you can submit Feedback on this issue by going to the Gear icon and pressing Feedback.
