Let's get rid of the error so your client can pay the invoice, @omer-menashe-gma.
Your client's browser may have a data issue that's why they're receiving an error when paying their invoices. You can let your customer pay the invoice using a private or a different browser. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If this works, it means that they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If they get the same result, I encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can look into this issue further and provide additional troubleshooting steps to help your client pay their invoices.
Once your client successfully paid their invoices, you might want to know when QuickBooks will deposit the payments into your bank account. For more information, here's an article you can read: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
