I can already see the taxable sales on the invoice. What I want to avoid is opening every invoice to see it. I want to see a column for taxable sales on the list of invoices, where I can see all the invoices when I select "Invoices" under "sales" on the left hand menu.
Thanks for getting back to us, maggie29.
While the option to see a column for taxable sales on the Invoices tab under the Sales menu is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online, as a way around, you can pull up and customize the Invoice List report to show the information you need.
I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.
