Are you using the jpeg extension when saving the logo? If you've tried this one, you can use the other file extension such as .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file. Then, let's see if this helps you add the logo in QuickBooks.
Also, you'll have to meet the following requirements before uploading the logo into QuickBooks.
Please see the following requirements below:
- Your file should be smaller than 1 MB.
- Have a bit depth (or colour depth) of 24-bits or less.
- Use the standard RGB colour space (RGB).
- The shape of the logo should also be square, instead of a rectangle.
