Welcome to QuickBooks Community, plabat4-gmail-co.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can change the dates when you create an invoice. Go to the Invoices tab and select Create invoice. Then, simply select your preferred Invoice dateDue date, and enter the required details.

Once done, you can mark it as paid. Please check this article for more details: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be here if you have more clarifications. Stay safe!
