I want to run a Profitability Report by Sales Rep. But I need our payroll to be included since it is a cost and our payroll is not assigned to a rep. Is there a way to do this?

Has there been any updates for this issue.  I am still unable to run the report that I and many others would find extremely useful.  It is hard to believe that this is still an issue and has not been resolved.

I appreciate you joining the thread, @Rachke.

I'm here to provide updates on the availability of the Profitability Report by Sales Rep with payroll included.

Currently, there's still no specific report available to display the related expenses of a Job along with its profitability and assign them to the respective Reps to determine their generated profit.

For now, you can consider the workaround suggested by my colleague, @MaryLandT, and other Community members who have responded in the previous messages. This workaround involves running the Profit and Loss report by Customer:Job and by Rep and then exporting the data to Excel to obtain the desired information.

I'd still also encourage sending feedback to our product engineers to include this report in future updates. Here's how:

  1. Select the Help option.
  2. Select the Send Feedback Online option.
  3. Select the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
  4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  5. Click the Send Feedback button.
