I would like a refund for the prorated month of qbo live bookkeeping. I had my discovery call today and have decided I will not be using this Serivce.

I was told I could be a refund if after the discovery call I will not be using the service. How do I make use the refund is in process?

When the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Live Bookkeeping service isn't meeting the needs of your growing business, you'll first have to cancel your account through the Billing & Subscription menu. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings
  3. Choose the Billing & Subscription menu.
  4. Click Cancel in the QuickBooks Live Full-Service Bookkeeping section.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. 

 

After that, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping Customer Care team. This is to confirm that the cancellation process is successfully executed. They can also securely pull up your account and process the necessary refund on your behalf.

Thank you for this information.  I had already canceled the subscription.  I need to make sure I am refunded the prorated amount of $77 as I was told I would not be charged for our discovery call and only charged if I moved forward with the services which I am not..  How can I be sure I am refunded the $77?

  • Your bookkeeper can close your books and prepare a trial balance. They can also send PDF copies of key financial reports including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

Hi QBO bookkeeping, I had been a customer for a few years, up and down but I like it. Recently, when I am waiting for the annual report, Live bookkeeping Disengaged me.  Then I called they created a case# 1596594162. I felt that QBO Live BK team did not live up to the COMMITTMENT as I copied from the Live Bookkeeping advertisement on the top of this post.

I requested the full refund. I attached my payment from Jan 2022-Feb2023.
