I'm glad you turned to Community, jtpropertyinspec.

Once you cancel your account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll be granted a read-only access to your data for one year after the cancellation. Hence, you can archive your W2, 940 and 941 forms from the last year 2020 so you'll be able to view and print them. I'd be glad to show you how:

1. Click Taxes on the left navigation menu and choose Payroll Tax.
2. Select Quarterly Forms.
   
3. Choose Quarterly Tax Forms and 941 as your filter.
   
4. Click View.
   
5. Click the Printer icon.
