If I cancel my subscription, can I still access past invoices, uploaded receipts, etc or do I lose access to everything?

If I cancel my subscription, can I still access past invoices, uploaded receipts, etc or do I lose access to everything?

Hi there, mccannelm.

 

You can no longer access your account once the cancellation becomes effective. Although your data will remain in your account for a year in case you want to reactivate it. 

 

Before cancelling your account, you can export your transactions, recorded trips, and taxes. Follow these steps on how to export data from QBSE:

 

Export Transactions

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. You can select which transactions to export by using the TypeAccount and Tax Year filters.
  3. Once you've selected what you need, click the Download icon located to the right of the filters.

 

Export Miles

 

  1. Go to the Miles menu.
  2. Similar to transactions, select  the miles you need to export by using the TypeTax Year and Vehicle filters.
  3. Click on the Download icon located to the right of the filters.

 

Export Taxes

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Here you can choose to download your profit and loss report, receipts that you've collected for your business, tax summary and tax details.
  3. For each of these reports, choose the period you want to export the data for using the filter.
  4. Click the Download hyperlink. If Download hyperlink is not visible, click on the drop-down list, then select Download.
