Hello @kuiyiusa,

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can help you fix the invoice so you can view the information correctly in QuickBooks Online.

This usually happens when there's an issue with the PDF Reader. You can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the problem.

First, I recommend updating Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest release. This way, we'll be able to ensure the application functions like the way it was before.

To update, please follow the detailed instructions in this link: Install updates for Acrobat and Reader.

Once done, I suggest you proceed by making sure your Adobe Reader/Acrobat is set as your default program for PDF. Please follow these steps:

  1. Select the Windows Start menu.
  2. Select the settings icon.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. On the left pane, choose Default apps.
  5. Scroll down until you find .pdf and select its default program.
  6. In the list, select Adobe Acrobat Reader (or any PDF viewer you've installed).
  7. Select Switch anyway.

After following the steps above, attempt to preview the invoice again. You should be able to get back on track with your invoices.

In case the problem persists, use another supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

For additional reference, you can use the following article to bypass the browser plug-in and ensure you can view a document from your browser: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.

Feel free to hit that Reply button if you have additional questions regarding your invoice. Have a great day ahead.
