I'm here to share some details about the status of the sent invoices.
Once the invoice email from QuickBooks was opened by the customer, regardless of the primary email or the CC (carbon copy) recipients done that, it will be posted as Viewed.
You can see the Invoice status on the Invoice page or the Audit log. Here's how it looks like:
