If your vendors send bills in JPEG/PNG/GIF/PDF as the attachment, you have another option to import data easily into QBO.

Import bill with quatity

Hello there, @OliverSiguancia.

I'm to share some information about importing bills with quantity in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Currently, the option to import bills with quantity is unavailable in the US version of QBO. You may consider looking for a third-party application that can help import your bill transactions.

To find a third-party app, you can go to the Apps menu and search for a keyword (bill importer). You might also want to go directly to our Apps Store and look for an app from there.

You might also want to review all your vendor transactions in the future. You can go to the Expenses menu and select Vendors. Then, go to the Transactions List tab.

I'm still open to your replies, @OliverSiguancia. If you need further assistance importing transactions in QBO, just comment below or post again. Have a good one.
