In IE version 11 browser qb online site is not loading properly with that am not able to move forward on migrating online qb data to desktop.Help section also not loading

I'd like to make sure that you'll be able to migrate your data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

At this time, Internet Explorer is no longer supported by QuickBooks Online. This can be the reason behind its loading behavior.

However, accessing and exporting your data will still work by directly going into this link in IE: http://qbo.intuit.com/app/exportqbodatatoqbdt.

Once done, you may follow these steps to export your data:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Look for the file that needs to be migrated.
3. If prompted, click on the x mark once the pop-up window will show up about the browser update. 
4. Select on the Gear icon at the top and choose Export.
5. Hit on Learn more under the Moving to QuickBooks Desktop section.
6. Press on Learn more under Download your company data.
7. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
