I understand your desire to personalize your invoice email template to match your words and branding.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can update the email template by going to the Custom form styles. I'll guide you on how to do it.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
- Select the template you want to edit.
- Click the Emails tab.
- Update the Message to the customer and other information you want to change.
- Hit Done.
Afterward, send yourself an invoice to verify the template update.
