Currently, the option to modify or customize the packing slip is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The Customize feature is only available for invoices, estimates, and sales receipts as of now. I recommend visiting our QuickBooks App Center. This way, we'll be able to find a third-party application that can customize the packing slip. You can follow the steps below in searching the app:
- Log into QuickBooks Online.
- Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
- Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
We can also download the packing slip by clicking the Download icon, then edit it outside QuickBooks Online.
