In the customer screen the filter "last 365 days" is constantly there. I have cleared the filter, logged out, gone into other screens & come back, etc. it's always there.

I have the exact same issue. I looked up one client one time and now they are my default view when I log into QB. Even after clearing my cache and trying a completely different browser the filter still shows by default. I have to clear the filter every time I log into QB to see my other clients. VERY ANNOYING!

Hi TLPagut,

I know how inconvenient it can be to manually clear the filter every time you visit the Customer page.

Currently, the default filter of the transaction list is Last 365 days. I understand that you want to view the transactions according to your own preferences. To help improve your experience in QuickBooks Online, I encourage sending feedback to our Product Development Team. Here's how:

  1. Sign to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon at the top, then choose Feedback.
  3. Enter the new features and enhancements you would like us to add in the description box.
  4. Hit Next to send feedback.

In addition, here's an article that you can read to help track the status of your customer transactions in the program: View sales transactions.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other concerns or follow-up questions. Feel free to tag me in your comments and posts.

No, it does NOT save what I change it to as a default.  It does not "memorize" anything.  Quickbooks Online is the absolute worse accounting software I have ever used and through my years in accounting I have worked in a lot of programs.
