Not sure what is going on. When I run an income report, random income deposits are not there. When I run and expense report, these incomes are shown as negative expenses. The P&L seems to be ok.
These deposits are coded and handled in the exact same manner that other deposits that were made on the same day. . . . Some are ok, some not. And the bank statements all reconcile fine. This has been going on for several months. I have already "rebuilt" the data. Working on Qbooks Pro.

The unusual behavior you've encountered is an indication of a potential data integrity issue. Aside from verifying and rebuilding your company file, you can install QuickBooks Tool Hub and then run the Quick Fix my File utility to further isolate this issue.

Thank you for trying to assist. Regrettably, this did not work. And I was unable to open the File Doctor. . . It didn't seem to download automatically (though the green bar showed it was processing) and when I searched for it manually, it wasn't there.
I really need to straighten this out and am at a loss. I did just recently upgrade to the most newest version of QB - could the program file be corrupted?
