INTUIT FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT - CUSTOMER Features.

You have reached a peer user community but perhaps I can direct you to the products best suited for yoru use.

It sounds like you need to start with any version of QBO, the online platform. and of the three versions your actual needs might determine - number of reports, class/location tracking, etc. Then you need a third party app for CRM. QuickBooks is great at "bookkeeping" but a poor choice alone for customer relationship management.

INTUIT FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT - CUSTOMER Features.

I am using quickbooks enterprise and need to consider adding field service management back into the mix. Can I get a demo of how it works and what cost is associated with my next update of Quickbooks?

I appreciate you following up on this thread, moose4595.

The option to add a field service management is unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. While this service isn't available, you'll want to search for a third-party app that integrates with your desktop version. Here's how:

  1. Go to https://desktop.apps.com/home#!category/10368/6984.
  2. Search for apps in the search box.
  3. Hit Search.

The system displays the list of applications available that match the description you entered and are compatible, and designed to work with QuickBooks Desktop. Once you find the right app, click to open it.

Additionally, you can visit the following write-up: Sales and customers. This will provide you links on how to manage your company income as well as resources about other customer-related concerns.

Don't hesitate to fill me in if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'll be around to keep helping. Have a great rest of your day.
