Hello, ksafinsvc1.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Let me share some insight about the memo in inventory reports. The memo line in inventory reports shows the adjustment of the product you've made. Don't worry, I have a workaround to get the data in the memo line you needed in the inventory adjustment you have made.
We can export the report to excel. From there, you can manually enter the details in the memo line. To export here's how to do it:
- Click Reports, then select Inventory evaluation details report.
- Press Customize Report.
- On the Display, mark check the memo.
- Under Filter, search memo and click OK.
- Drop-down arrow under Excel, and choose Update existing worksheet.
- Choose create a comma separated values. (.csv)file.
- Tap Export.
- Save the File name.
Once done, open the file and from there modify the memo line you'd like to appear.
