I'd be glad to show you how to get the payment terms and due date to show when printing invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.
You'll want to check the Payment Terms and Due Date box in the print column to show it when printing invoices in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Open the invoice that you want to print.
- Click Formatting on the upper menu.
- Select Manage Template.
- Choose the template and click OK.
- Click Additional Customization.
- Put a checkmark on the Terms and Due Date box in the Print column.
- Once done, click OK.
