Invoices didn't move over from Desktop version?

Welcome to the Community, ampstudiosby.

 

I want to make sure you're able to view invoices in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

I recommend first exporting these invoices from Desktop to Excel, and then uploading the Excel file into the Online account. Here's how to get started:

 

1. Open the Customer/Vendor/Payroll center in the Desktop account.

2. Select the Excel drop-down and choose Export Transactions.

3. Choose whether to create a new worksheet or update an existing worksheet.

4. Select the Export button. QuickBooks opens MS Excel and you can edit the information as needed.
