Intuit/Quickbooks - this needs to be fixed ASAP!  This is no longer acceptable.  I'm contacting customers with outstanding balances and everyone indicated that they never received the initial invoice.  The activity log is completely false.  You should be able to clearly indicate who is looking at the invoice - whether it is an admin within the system or the customer.  You completely have made my company look like an A**!  Shame on you.  Stop adding new features that are worthless and fix the current issues.  This has been going on WAY TO LONG!  Stop sending me feedback questionnaires...I give you feedback and you do nothing!  If anything I should get a refund for this system.  How can I believe anything is correct!
