Invoicing won't upload logo or client info

I’m here to provide information with you, @calltyrone-tw-gm.


At this moment, there’s an ongoing investigation about generating invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Rest assured our engineers are working hard to get this issue resolved.


I recommend contacting our Customer Care team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you’ll be updated once the resolution is rolled out.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type in Talk to a human.
  3. Enter Invoicing issue in the field.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Get a callback.
