Is anyone else having problems opening existing open invoices on qb online?

So far, we haven't received similar reported cases from other users about this issue when trying to open an existing open invoices. However, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps which are commonly used to resolve unexpected behavior in the product.

 

First, let's use an incognito or private browser to determine if the cause of the issue is the browser's cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts that you can refer:

 

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If using a private browser works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to refresh your browser. If not, try using other supported browser to better isolate.
