Is anyone else's quickbooks online not able to open large checks,journals, or bills that have over 100 line items?

Upon reviewing our records, I haven't found similar issues of users having difficulties opening or loading large checks, journals, or bills that have over 100 line items. 

The issue you're experiencing may be specific to your account or system. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to address it. To start, please log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito window to prevent browser extensions from interfering and ensure that browsing history isn't saved in the cache. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Doing so can often resolve temporary problems that can affect the performance of QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, switch to another supported browser.

You aren't the only one having this problem.  I'm having the exact same issue with my payroll journal entries, which are always 100+ lines.  I have never had an issue until trying to record today's payroll. I tried multiple web browsers and still am having the same issue.

Just about to record the cash activity and worry about liabilities and expenses when this issue is (hopefully) fixed.

Yes, it is so slow for all of my journals! And I have 3 quickbook accounts and its the same for all and it is not my internet becuase I have no other issues with other websites. It is taking me forever to do tasks that typically take 2 seconds...

Yes! I am having the same problem. It is taking forever to load anything and it is not my internet as all my other websites are running fine. I have three seperate quickbook accounts and it is happening on all three. A task that typically takes me 2 seconds is taking me 10 seconds!

Sometimes QuickBooks may tend to slow down depending on some factors:

• The computer or device's processor.
• Available memory of your device's Random Access Memory (RAM).
• Overwhelming amount of data transmitted over an internet connection in a given amount of time.
• Slow internet speed and browser incompatibility with QBO.

To improve QuickBooks' operating speed, you should have:

• An updated operating system.
• Good internet speed and browser compatibility with QBO.
• An updated version of your regular browser.

Problems as well. And I can't enter journals because the tab order is screwed up. Given the number of prepaid expenses, it is unrealistic to click into each to update it. Very frustrating yet not unexpected from Intuit.
