Pilled up data cache or browsing history causes unusual behavior to the browser that affects the performance of your QuickBooks Online (QBO). To isolate this, let's open your account via an incognito window and process the invoice from there.
Here's the keyboard shortcut keys:
- For Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari, hold down Command + Option + P
If it works fine as suggested, then we'll need to clear your regular browser's cache to start with a clean slate. Also, you can use other supported browsers as an option.
