Is anyone having trouble viewing Customer attachments and Notes on their ipads through the Quickbook Ap?

Currently, we haven’t received any reported issues like this. To sort this out, here are some quick steps to fix most app-related issues.


First, you’ll want to restart the app then clear its data. Clearing the data will reset the app to factory default settings. You can click Help & Feedback from the menu. Select Refresh Data, and then hit Refresh.


Once done, kindly log back in and check if you’re able to view the attachment. If the issue persists, let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh its connection.


Here's how:

 

  1. Open the App Store on your device and search for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click Free, then Install.
  3. Sign in using the same user ID and password that you used when you signed up for QBO.
