Is it just me or does this tech help suck

If you're having a hard time connecting to our Support Team, I can guide you with the details.

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account, then select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Ask general questions or enter your concern/s.
  3. Choose a way to connect with a representative.

 

If you have the new interface, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Assistant tab.
  2. Enter a short description of your inquiry.
  3. When a pop-up appears, re-enter the details, then click on I still need a human.
  4. Select either Message an agent or Get callback.
