- Log in to your QBSE account, then select Assistant from the top bar.
- Ask general questions or enter your concern/s.
- Choose a way to connect with a representative.
If you have the new interface, follow these steps:
- Go to the Assistant tab.
- Enter a short description of your inquiry.
- When a pop-up appears, re-enter the details, then click on I still need a human.
- Select either Message an agent or Get a callback.
