Is it possible to input multiple cost increase amounts in quickbooks online? If so, how?

Sending good vibes to you, jeffrivera-mattr. I'd be glad to help you input multiple cost increase amounts to your inventory prices in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks offers a user-friendly method for putting multiple cost increase amounts to your inventory items. You can turn on and use the Price Rules Beta feature in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how to turn on the feature:

  1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ and choose Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. In the Products and Services section, select Edit ✏️.
  4. Put a check-mark to Turn on price rules Beta.
  5. Hit Save and then Done.

Create a price rule:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️ and then select All Lists.
  2. Select Price Rules.
  3. Select Create a rule
  4. Give your rule a name and enter the necessary information.

You can go through this article to know more about the Price Rules feature in QuickBooks Online: Set price rules in QuickBooks Online. This will provide you tips on how to apply the rules to your invoices as well as what report to pull up to track them.

I'm only one post away if there's anything else you need. I'll stick around to help you sort everything out in QuickBooks. Have a good one.
