Good day, miketropical.
The option to edit multiple inventory items using the spreadsheet is unavailable. You can use the Batch Actions drop-down to adjust the quantity or reorder point.
Here's how:
I've got a sample screenshot for reference:
Furthermore, you can edit the item one at a time.

Hi There,
I have imported inventory via qbo spreadsheet but forgot to add categories. Can I update my spreadsheet and upload everything again with the spreadsheet to override previous import?
Yes, you can update it, Nicolene.
Once you uploaded a file that contains products that are already in QuickBooks Online, you'll receive this message: Overwrite all values for each product or service that you import with the identical name. All you have to do is check the box below the message before clicking Import.
If the file you're going to re-import has a different quantity, QuickBooks Online will create an automatic Inventory Adjustment. You can check the detailed steps here: Import products and services into QuickBooks Online.
I'd be glad to help you if you have other concerns. Have a great day!
I don't see a way to edit the reorder point. When I select inventory and click the Adjust Quantity batch action, it doesn't have a place to edit the reorder point in the Inventory Quantity Adjustment page. And the Reorder batch action creates a purchase order to buy more, which I don't want to do. I just want to bulk adjust the Reorder Point setting.
How can I do that?
Thanks,
Don
Hello there, @donkiely. I got here steps to help you adjust the reorder point of your inventory in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The option to bulk edit the reorder point of the inventory list is unavailable in QBO. You can only edit the reorder point settings for each item manually. Here's how:
For reference, feel free to check this article: Reorder inventory or supplies from vendors.
It's also easy to monitor your inventory item by running the Inventory Valuation Detail report.
If you have any other concerns managing your inventory in QBO, please don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a good one and stay safe.
