Candice! private messaged me and helped me with connecting Advanced Specialist. And now my case is been taking care of and attached by another investigation case by engineering team. There's a system bug with sales by products/service summary report , and originally some QBO "investigation team" and "engineering team" didn't admit.
Now I will just wait when and how they're going to fix the bug. It'been a month since someone did first report in August. I hope the engineering team don't take another month to fix the bug. I don't know why it takes so long, because usually in 1 or 2 months, you can design a whole new system.
