I'm here to share with you some information about the payment limit and route you to the right support today.
Yes, some QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payments users have a limit of how much they can get paid online for both ACH bank transfer or credit card in a 30-day rolling period. When you reach the processing limit, customers won't be able to pay online until it opens up again as time goes by. However, you can still get paid with cash or checks.
At this time, I encourage reaching out to our Merchant Support Team. This way, a representative can pull up and look into your account securely and explain how much the limit you have to get paid online. To contact support, open this link, then choose the specific Merchants Service product you're using: Contact Payments Support.
I also added these articles for additional resources while processing payments in the future:
Post again if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!
There IS a limit how much a person or company can pay.
We never have a customer check under $100,000 and cannot use the merchant services because QB limits it at $49,999.99 - they told us we could process the check in 2 transactions...but that requires getting every customer to write 2 checks for an invoice. That is not going to happen. We are not putting our customers out - even though QB put us out!
