I believe the question here is what are the quickbooks fields information that can be used in reporting or even display on PDF invoice.
For my case, I'm trying to look for the payment method field which I want to show on PDF invoice. In the matching step, there is no such field to display.
For the worse, there is SKU field to choose from but no SKU display despite the products already have SKU.
Anyone can assist on this?
Hi there, cray!
When you import an invoice template, there is section where you can download the sample file in a zipped folder. Along with it is another document with the list of mapping fields.
Here's an article for your reference: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
Hello iantan,
At the moment, there isn't a field for the Payment Method. However, you place them in a CUSTOM field, so it becomes visible on the invoice.
For the non-showing SKU, you'll want to to enable the SKU field on the Standard template first and choose the Airy design. After that, you can re-upload your invoice template.
If you have additional questions, feel free add a comment below.
Sku still not appearing.. i'v enabled the sku on the standard template but still.. please help

Before proceeding to the steps, kindly make sure to enter the products and services description, you can set it up on the product and services tab.
Technically, this is a trial and error. Try another template until it works and try another browser when doing the print preview of your invoice template.
A browser issue can also cause this behavior.
I'll keep an eye on this thread and please let me know if you have additional questions.
finally it worked thanks to you
Thanks a lot for your quick reply
