Is there a report that can be printed to show if invoices have not been viewed?

The option to pull up a report that will show the list of invoices that haven't been viewed is unavailable. However, QuickBooks has an activity tracker where we can check the status of the invoice.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu then select Invoices.
2. Then click on the invoice you want to track the activity.
   
   

The bullet that is filled with green indicates the status of the invoice. You may refer to the screenshot below.



Since that option is currently unavailable, I'd also suggest you send feedback to our product developers for this feature in QuickBooks Online to help improve your experience.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Choose Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Then, click Next to submit feedback.
