Join nowI WOULD LIKE TO PRINT A REPORT WITH WHAT IS IN STOCK FOR A SPECIFIC VENDOR.
Hello there, @michaelsrv.
Yes, there is a report that you can view and print for what's in stock for a particular vendor in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can run the Inventory Valuation Detail report and include the Pref Vendor and On Hand column to get the information you need. Take a look at this step-by-step visual below to see how to generate this report:
Also, you can go to the Filters tab and choose multiple vendors you want. Once you get in there, you'll need to click Multiple vendors and tick all the vendor's names you'll need to have in the report. Then, OK.
This is how it looks like. You can then proceed clicking the Print icon to print this report.
For other details about Inventory/Stock Valuation reports, you can check this article: Transactions to Inventory Asset account that do not have inventory items.
If you need more assistance or information to look into when personalizing QuickBooks reports, you can check about customizing and memorizing reports.
Let me know if you have additional questions. I'm right here to help you figure them out. Stay safe always.
