Is there a way for checks that are deposited into QuickBooks checking to be available faster? It takes 7 days for funds to be available in my account.

Probably not, at least not in anything approaching reliability. Staff claims the 7 day wait period is a temporary situation for new employees, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

The ability to speed up the processing of check in QBO is unavailable. However, you can request a one-time instant deposit or schedule automatic instant deposit to get your money on the same day. Ensure to submit the request before 3:00 PM PT for them to process it. Please know that there will be a fee when requesting this.

To request a one time instant deposit, here's how:

1. Go to Sales, then click Deposits.
2. Under the Instant Deposit section, select Get it now.
3. Review the total and associated fees.
4. Click Get it now.
