Is there a way that my invoices can be sent in PDF form?

Welcome to the Community, @jljackson2,

I'd be glad to guide you on how to email invoices to your customers in PDF form. There are three ways to ensure that you can successfully send it.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), tick the PDF Attached option to your sales forms settings to make sure that your customers will be able to receive it as a PDF form.

Here's how to do it:

1. On your QBO account, click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Sales tab, then locate the Online delivery section.

3. Click the pencil icon to edit the option.
4. Tick the PDF Attached.

5. Once done, click Save.

Afterward, you can then proceed to edit the email option to your invoice form style, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
2. In the form styles section, locate the invoice you're using as default.
3. Click Edit to open and change the options.

4. In the invoice form, select the Emails tab.

5. Tick the PDF Attached option under the Sales form type section.

6. Once ready, click Done.

If you want to send it as a PDF file to your customers directly, you can choose to download the invoice and send it manually.

Follow these steps how:

 1. Go to the Sales tab, then select Invoices.
2. Locate the invoice you want to download as a PDF.
3. Click the pencil icon to view the invoice.
4. On the bottom of the page, select Print or Preview.

5. Click Download to download the PDF file.

6. Once downloaded, you can then manually send it.
