Is there a way to see if a customer statement created in QBO has been emailed? I see lists of statements, but I'm not sure if they've been emailed to the customer.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, @accounting622. Let me assist you with your statements.

We can use the audit log report to check if the statements you created were sent to your customers. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
  3. Change the appropriate User, Date, or Events to narrow down the results.
  4. On the Events search box dropdown, choose Statements.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Sales.
  4. In the Messages tab, hit the Edit icon.
  5. Check the box for Email me a copy and double-check if your email address is correct.
  6. Hit Save, and then Done.

Moreover, to learn how to customize your invoices and receipts, please refer to this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be here if you still have concerns about your emailed transactions. Enjoy the rest of the day, and take care.

The "Email me a reply" feature does not appear to extend to statements.   It is configurable for invoices and reminders.
