You can create a reminder-type recurring purchase order transaction. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Lists, choose Recurring Transactions.
- Click New.
- Select Purchase Order, then OK.
- For the Type drop-down menu, select Reminder.
- Under the Interval drop-down menu, choose Yearly.
- Select any item and enter your message in the box labelled as Your message to vendor.
- Click Save template.
