In addition to ATOZBOOKS, you'll receive an email of your chat transcript after the conversation with our support team. However, if you didn't receive any, I recommend contacting our support team again.
From there, you can request to send an email of your old chat transcript. Here's how to contact them in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
Go to the (?) Help icon.
Click Contact Us.
Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
Choose either Message an agent or Geta callback.
