Hi there, @jennie6.
In addition to ATOZBOOKS, you'll receive an email of your chat transcript after the conversation with our support team. However, if you didn't receive any, I recommend contacting our support team again.
From there, you can request to send an email of your old chat transcript. Here's how to contact them in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
In case you need to learn some best practices on managing your QBO account, you can always check our Help articles page for reference.
Should you have other concerns in the future, you can always get back to us anytime.
I was not emailed a copy of my transcript. I have been on the phone with QB Customer Service for over 1 hour and she is telling me that they cannot recover my old chat that covered all of the information regarding a fraudulent payroll withdrawal that I notified them of within 2 days. And because I am now talking to them more than 5 days later, they refuse to refund the amount. ??
@mholste I can see ALL of my chats from the last couple years. I just click Help(?) then Assistant, and they are all right there for me to copy/ print.
Not sure if you have tried, (Assuming you are using QBO) but I also wonder if it got deleted on purpose, by Intuit/ QB of course, so the wouldn't have to acknowledge that you contacted them.
Hello mholste,
I hear your sentiments and I understand how important to have a copy of your transcript. Since they cannot recover your old conversation with us, I'd recommend following the recommendation shared by Just_me.
If the funds are recoverable, you'll receive the refund directly to your bank account. It might take up to 5 business days. I understand you already contacted our Payroll team Support about this. However, I'd still encourage contacting us for further help. In a situation like this needs to be done in a private environment.
I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business using QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, processing payroll and taxes. You can click the More topics button to view other selections.
Visit again if you need anything else with QuickBooks. This thread is always open for you.
I did the same thing and none of mine are there. I do see one form last year, but nothing from the last week.
Sounds like it got deleted on purpose by them.
Good luck.
