Yes, you can easily change the category for multiple entries in QuickBooks Online. For transactions in the Banking tab, select them under "For Review," click "Batch actions" > "Modify Selected," and choose a new category. For already-added expenses, go to the Expenses tab, select entries, and use "Batch actions" > "Categorize." If you're an accountant user, use the Reclassify Transactions tool for more advanced bulk edits.
