Online banking or bank feeds saves time, so you don’t have to enter anything manually. Once you connect your accounts, transactions will download and categorize. All you have to do is approve them. You can follow the steps below to connect your account:
That's all there is to when linking bank accounts. Additionally, you can refresh the bank feed to download your latest transactions. Feel free to utilize this article to learn how: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Option two:
If you want to enter older transactions, or if your bank or credit card can't connect to QuickBooks, you can still upload transactions manually. Here's an article that contains detailed steps for the above-mentioned option: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once everything is on track, you can start reconciling your accounts to maintain your books' accuracy.
If you have any additional QuickBooks concerns or questions about managing your bank statements, click the Reply button and enter them in the field box. I'll be available to answer your questions. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo).
