Is there anyway to export customer addresses and format into Avery mailing labels?

Welcome to Community, @Juneauyachtclub2013.

While we're unable to export customer addresses in Avery mailing label, you'll want to edit it from MS Word. Let me walk you through how.

  1. Go to the Reports menu, then search Contact List.
  2. On the upper right, select Customize, then Rows/Columns change the columns as needed.
  3. Mark Full Name and any applicable address information you need, then click Run Report.
  4. In the report page, tap the Export icon, then choose Export to Excel.

After exporting, open the Excel file and delete all header rows from the spreadsheet. Make sure not to delete the column headings. Then, review all records (rows) to make sure both Full Name and Billing Address are populated with data for each customer. From there, go to the File tab and then Save As.

Once done, create a mail merge template in MS Word (visit Microsoft Office's website for detailed instructions) and change the font to Avery format. Please check out this article for the step-by-step guide: How to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.

If you need help with other tasks in QBO, you can browse for specific topics here and look for responses that fit your concern.

Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns with customer topics. I'm always here to help. Take care and have a great day ahead.
