At this time, there isn't an option to view the recurring invoices that shows Automatically Send Emails. You'll need to individually open the transactions to see the details just like what you're doing.
It's always our aim to make sure we meet our customer's needs and to have the best experience possible while working with QuickBooks. That said, allow me to share this idea to our developers so they may consider adding this option on our future product updates.
