Is there anyway to see or report on Recurring Invoices to show which of the recurring have the option "Automatically Send Emails" selected; This gets randomly enabled

When we edit an invoice that was recreated from the recurring invoices and update the template the system randomly enables the option Automatically Send Emails and in the reports that is not a column you can addand when you have the recurring invoices list open you cant add it there either and the only way to verify that this option is not enabled is by painstakingly open each recurring invoice every month after we are done updating the generated invoices

At this time, there isn't an option to view the recurring invoices that shows Automatically Send Emails. You'll need to individually open the transactions to see the details just like what you're doing.

At this time, there isn't an option to view the recurring invoices that shows Automatically Send Emails. You'll need to individually open the transactions to see the details just like what you're doing.

Can you please tell me if there is a location to review all reoccuring invoices? otherwise how am I amble to edit and review what invoices automatically send themselves or remove them. Thank you

Thanks for joining this thread. I'd be glad to point you the right direction regarding the recurring invoices report in QuickBooks Online.

 

As mentioned, there isn't currently a report that will generate the exact data you're looking for. You'll need to open each transaction to view the details. However, you may want to try viewing the "Recurring Template List Report" in QBO. This will pull all of your recurring form but there isn't a way to view if they have been sent automatically. You could add a memo in the invoice such as "Auto" or something similar to serve as a reminder since you can see memos from the Recurring Template report. This would keep you from having to open each individual invoice but keep in mind that your customers would also be able to see the memo added. 

 

If you need further customization of the report, I do suggest submitting feedback to let the Product Development Team know you'd like to see a recurring invoices report with details on automatic sending. This can be done directly through your account. Here's how:

 

1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Select Feedback.
