Is there still no update to add signature to checks with QBO? Really regretting my lack of research before singning up. Lacks lots of basic functions and no help from QB

As of this writing, the option to add signature to checks in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. For now, you can affix the signature manually on the checks you’ve printed or use an E-signature third-party application that can be integrated with QBO.

I just switched from Quickbooks 2018 desktop version to QB online for all the new features and time savings.  I cannot find anywhere how to add my digital signature to the checks I print. This was always available in older desktop version how is it possible this isn't quickly and easily a feature for QB online?!!  Shouldn't be hard to add with an update at all. Thanks

I know how convenient it is to be able to add signatures on checks in QuickBooks Online. However, the option to sign a check is unavailable in QuickBooks Online and continues to provide the basic feature of writing and printing checks. I recommend sending feedback to our software engineers. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  3. Type in your suggestion and click Next.

 

However, the account can be integrated into a Third-Party application that supports E-signature. You can search for available applications on the Intuit Marketplace.
