I have a client who owns a large portfolio of rental properties, which are tracked by class. He wants to obtain a Statement of Cash Flows by Class. I've tried several ideas I had (20+ year QB user) but have not been able to put anything together for him.
How can we create such a report?
Thanks!

I'll be around if you have any additional questions or concerns about QuickBooks. Thanks.
Go to Memorized Reports List and make a new Group. Name it Cash Flow by Class.
Make one version of Cash Flow, filtered On a Class. Retitle it for that class and Memorize it in this Group. Do that for each Class. Now your client can double-click the Group to run all reports at once.
