It appears that the digital gift card sales are not accounted for as gift card sales in the square connect sync data since may 2022 update. am i alone in this?

The deposit amounts are correct. physical card activations are accounted for. only the digital activation numbers appear overlooked.

However, I'm here to guide you on the right support to ensure that this issue gets sorted out as soon as possible. That said, I suggest contacting the Square Support Team to correct your data sync and the mapping of your gift card sales.

Here's how:

1. Click on this link.
2. On the upper right of the page, select Contact.
3. Choose the I have a different question option.
4. Type in Talk to a human.
5. Choose either Chat with us, Call us, or Email us.

I'll also share this link where you can search for articles that can guide you manage your gift card sales in Square Connect: Square Connect Help Articles.

I'll see if I can suss it out through the articles you linked, but the link to square was a dead end.

 

"I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Quickbooks integration. Although Square integrates with Quickbooks, all integration functions are operated and managed by QuickBooks. Because QuickBooks features and services are managed by them directly, you’ll need to work with QuickBooks support until the issue is resolved."
